Downbit's bookmarklets download the page you're on, without copying its link. They hand the page to the app, so they need no access to your other pages.

In any browser, Settings → Browser has two buttons to drag to your bookmarks bar: Download with Downbit and Open in Downbit. Click one on a page with a video.
